Our OFFER

Tell Your Story

Your story deserves a bigger audience. Let’s get you heard.

Being good at what you do isn't the same as being known for it.

The people who need you are out there listening, scrolling, and searching, and they haven't found you yet. PR changes that. Every podcast, TV segment, and press feature puts you in front of someone else's audience and lends you their trust, before a stranger ever lands on your website.

Your message is clear. Now let's get it heard.

PR Visibility Strategy Session

You've done the work. Now let's build the awareness, authority and credibility you've earned by getting you in front of the right press, podcasts and local TV where your ideal clients are already listening. If you're a coach, coach turned author, expert/speaker, or entrepreneur ready to be known for what you do, let's talk about whether we're a fit and where your story belongs.

Who this is for
You have a book, a talk, or a business you’re proud of, and you want more of the right people to hear your story. This is a great fit if your book is published or coming soon, or you’re a coach or expert ready to be seen.

What we do together

Onboarding call to get clear on your story and goals

Positioning, so you know exactly how you want to be known

Pitching and follow-up handled for you

What to expect
Coverage is our goal, but editors and producers make the final call, so we can't guarantee it. What we do guarantee is a structured process, consistent outreach, and clear monthly execution.

What am I signing up for?

Q: How quickly will I start doing interviews?

Most clients start landing interviews within the first 30 to 60 days. Timing depends on how ready your story and materials are, what topics are trending, and each outlet’s schedule. Every type of media works a little differently:

- Podcasts often book months ahead, so an early yes may not air right away.

- TV stations it's about finding the right slot.

- Print and online outlets usually plan at least a couple of months ahead.

Q: What if I've never done an interview before?

No problem. With over 15 years in PR, I’ve prepared many first-time guests, and I offer a 1-hour media training add-on for $797. I want you to feel confident walking into every interview. Together, we’ll cover:

- Practice Q&As I create just for you, so we can run through real interview questions together

- How to answer on a podcast versus on TV

- What to wear and how to prepare

- How to gracefully pivot away from uncomfortable questions

You’ll leave every interview knowing you gave listeners real value and showed them why you’re great at what you do.

Q: Do I need special equipment to record a podcast interview?

Not much. Most podcasts record remotely, so you can do interviews from home. A few simple things make a big difference:

- A USB microphone. Your laptop mic works too, but an affordable USB mic sounds noticeably better.

- Headphones or earbuds. (optional) They can keep the host’s voice from echoing back into your mic.

- A quiet room. Soft furnishings like rugs and curtains help reduce echo.

- A strong internet connection. Plug in with a cable if you can.

- Good lighting and a tidy background. Many shows now record video too.

Before each interview, the podcast brief I send you will note anything the show requires.

Q: Do you guarantee interviews and press coverage?

No one can honestly guarantee coverage, because hosts and editors decide who they feature. What I do guarantee is the work: a clear plan, consistent pitching every month, and regular updates so you always know where things stand.

Q: What happens in the first 30 days?

We get your story ready and start pitching. Here’s what that looks like:

- We get clear on your story. We talk through your book, your expertise, and what you want to be known for.

- We find your best angles. These are the topics hosts and audiences will want to hear you talk about.

- We choose your target shows. We build a list of podcasts and outlets where your ideal audience is already listening.

- We start pitching. Outreach begins, and I keep it going consistently from there.

Q: Why a 3-month minimum and can I continue after?

PR builds momentum over time. The first month goes into getting your story ready and starting outreach. From there, hosts need time to respond, and many podcasts book guests weeks or months in advance. Three months gives your pitches room to turn into real interviews, which is why most clients start landing them within the first 30 to 60 days. After your first three months, you can continue month to month. Many clients keep going because each interview builds on the last, and new opportunities keep coming in. We’ll check in together before the three months are up to look at what’s working and decide on next steps.

Q: How much of my time will this take?

Not much, but quick replies matter. It starts with a 45-minute onboarding call, so we know exactly how to pitch you and have all the materials we need. From there, when a show is interested, I’ll send you a short brief about the show with everything you need to know. I ask that you respond within 24 hours about booking, because hosts will move on to the next guest if they don’t hear back in a timely manner.

Q: What's the difference between marketing (paid media) versus public relations (earned media)?

Earned media means a host or producer chose to feature you because your story is a good fit for their audience. Paid placements are spots you buy, like ads, sponsored segments, or shows that charge guests to appear. Both have their place, but earned media tends to carry more trust, because listeners know you were invited, not paid to be there. My focus is earned media: pitching you to shows where you genuinely belong.

Helping coaches and entrepreneurs craft marketing that sounds like them, not AI — plus the media, podcast and TV placement to get them seen. So the right clients find them, trust them, and hire them.
